We are the island’s original and most experienced real estate agency. In fact, we have sold almost every property on Waiheke, at some point since 1960 when Waiheke Real Estate first opened its doors.

We’ve also lived in the same house for over 60 years – first as tenants and since 2022 as the proud owners of 33 Waikare Road.

Owning our own place means we can update the premises as and whenever we need to, so that we always stay current and right up to date.

We can also make sure our hard-working team has an enjoyable and comfortable space where they collaborate and meet with their clients and customers.

With our long history and our experienced, top-performing sales team, we get most of our business through personal recommendations.

As Waiheke’s original real estate company, we’re proud of our illustrious past. We’re even more excited though about our future as the island’s iconic, locally owned and operated agency.
