SPECTACULAR WATERFRONT – AND AFFORDABLE

Often sought – but seldom found. Our Vendors are offering to the market their transformational labour of love which they must reluctantly leave behind. Few will fault the progress and development that has gone into transforming this empty piece of land to much more than an empty section. A required retaining wall on the seafront was transformed from a simple civil engineering project to a consented boat hoist as well. And a formed track takes you to the sea below.

But it’s in the middle of the section where a future modern home will one day be built – Geo Tech, Building Plans, Septic, etc are all on file to view when you come to see the property – but since that one day was too far off for our Vendors they constructed a “for now building” that many will find quite useful.
